Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Delivery Estimates
- United States: 6–14 business days
- International: 10–18 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. Delays may occur during peak seasons, customs processing, or due to carrier issues outside our control.
Carriers
Bielli orders are shipped via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and YunExpress. The carrier is selected based on your location to provide the fastest and most reliable delivery available.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment. You can also check your order status anytime by contacting us with your order number.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. Any applicable free-shipping offers will be applied automatically.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once shipped, and orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to reshipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, please allow 48 hours and check with neighbors or your local carrier. If it still can't be located, or if your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.
